PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cutter and Buck, a clothing brand that specializes in sportswear and outerwear founded in 1989, recently moved its corporate headquarters to the iconic Seattle PI Building on Elliott Avenue in Seattle. The building underwent an extensive remodel and now houses office as well as retail space. This building remodel is a perfect example of the construction trend to retrofit historic facilities, that are often difficult to occupy because they lack functional space, to meet the technological and practical needs of today's tenants. The variety of products that Shoemaker offers helps to meet the needs of retrofitting an existing HVAC system to meet new requirements, or to meet the needs of introducing an entirely new system.
