Cody Coles

Cody Coles

Senior Director of Operations

2004 – Present
Cody oversees all aspects of manufacturing operations at Shoemaker including financial, production, safety, quality control and personnel. He drives and supports operations-focused strategic initiatives in addition to planning for future growth. Cody oversees implementation of capital investments including equipment and facilities, and most recently he oversaw the installation of an all-new state-of-the-art powder coat paint booth system. Under Cody’s leadership the project was completed on time and without any impact to lead times. Prior to joining SMC, his experience was in the production and delivery of construction materials. Cody graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University in Business Administration, Business Management, and Human Resources. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, sharing their passion for a variety of outdoor activities.

Brandis Van Iterson

Brandis Van Iterson

Director of Human Resources

2018 – Present
Brandis guides and manages policies and programs in all areas of the Human Resources functions including staffing, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance for the entire Shoemaker Manufacturing Co. Brandis has helped bring the ‘human’ back into Human Resources in the organization through the implementation of systems that bring visibility into the current skills and paths for employee development that help employees grow with the company. Brandis has implemented policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal guidelines to maintain the continuity of business operations while ensuring the health and safety of 115+ employees through an unprecedented pandemic. Brandis has worked in the HR field for 11 years. Prior to working in HR Brandis was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. She graduated with a 4.0 from the American Military University in 2018 with a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Brandis is an active member of SHRM and YVHRA. In her free time, she likes to spend it with her family and friends traveling and enjoying adventures making memories living every day to its fullest.

Ryan Rhode

Ryan Rhode

Senior Commercial Sales Manager

2020 – Current
Ryan leads the sales team at Shoemaker, focusing on supporting customers and increasing the sophistication of sales operations. Utilizing our team of Inside Sales Representatives and network of Independent Rep firms, Ryan sets goals and objectives to aid in our customers growth and have the right information at hand. As a conduit between our factory and our customers, Ryan leads through Shoemaker’s 5 core values and leverages the position to perform on critical project requirements. Ryan graduated from Central Washington University in 2016 with dual major: Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management. As the President of their Supply Chain Management Association (APICS Affiliated), he competed in case competitions and attended professional seminars across the western US during his senior year. Prior to joining team Shoemaker, Ryan embraced the fast-paced work environment of managing a roofing distribution branch, nearly doubling their sales in the NW commercial market over a 4-year period. Ryan spends his free time as a passionate outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling across the northwest landscape.

Cameron Crabb

Senior Operations Manager

Cameron manages the operations planning team which plans the daily workload for the factory and works LEAN projects in order to improve output and efficiency. Cameron graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Business Management majoring in Business Marketing. Since starting at Shoemaker, Cameron has implemented a new work order process and part tracking system that allows for better traceability of products as they move through the factory. In his free time, you will find Cameron hunting or on his boat bass fishing.

Brianna (Reeves) Rhode

Brianna (Reeves) Rhode

Site Controller

2018 – Present
Brianna is responsible for managing the overall accounting and costing functions, including audit, compliance and taxes under various laws and regulations for Shoemaker Manufacturing Co. She also lends an analytical brain to the company and presents data to leadership team members to best aid in their decision making. Brianna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University in 2019. In 2021, she became a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is an active participant of the AICPA and WSCPA. Since starting with Shoemaker, she has worked to implement policies, procedures, and documentation regarding all things finance to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. She has also worked to develop accurate and timely financial reporting and metrics to gauge business health. In her free time, you will find Brianna spending time with her family and friends. She also has quite the travel bug, so, when possible, she is headed somewhere new to explore.

Eli Orton

IT Infrastructure Manager

2021-Present
Eli is responsible for the IT Infrastructure of Shoemaker Manufacturing. From managing Cloud business architecture to finding and implementing cutting edge business IT solutions, Eli enjoys being at the forefront of innovation and ensuring that customers and staff always have the best experience when working with Shoemaker Manufacturing. Several years of experience in various IT fields convinced Eli to pursue and obtain a Master’s Degree in IT Management from Western Governor’s University in 2020. Since starting with Shoemaker Manufacturing, Eli has worked on many projects, including infrastructure and application cloud migration, IT security system updates, staff security awareness training, Help Desk and Support program refreshes, and Remote Work initiatives. In his free time, you can find Eli smoking up some world class barbecue, overseeing his collection of beehives, spending time with his wife and 3 kids, or helping any number of family and friends with their perpetual IT problems.

Garrett Corlis

Safety Supervisor

2022-Present
Garrett leads the safety programs striving to provide the tools and knowledge to support a safe and healthful workplace. Garrett graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Central Washington University in Safety and Health Management. Prior to joining the Shoemaker Team, his experience was providing safety oversight in the manufacturing and agriculture industries. In his free time, you will find Garrett pursuing almost any outdoor activity such as hunting, dirt biking, and camping.

Cynthia Giaudrone

Customer Solutions Supervisor

2001 – Present
Cynthia Giaudrone is our Inside Sales Coordinator for Shoemaker Manufacturing. In this role, Cynthia leads the Inside Sales Team to provide assistance in all aspects of quoting, training and product knowledge in a team setting. Cynthia brings over 19 years’ experience with Shoemaker GRDs, having spent 8 years working hands on in different departments within the factory, and then moving to the office in 2010. She leverages this factory knowledge to help customers, co-workers, and the company. In her free time, Cynthia likes to spend quality time with her family and enjoys the outdoors through snowmobiling and hiking.

Jim Moran

Inside Sales Commercial Specialist

Jim is an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional with an extensive track record of experiences in Healthtech and Industrial sales with two major Fortune 500 companies; Philips N.V. and Emerson Electric. Jim’s career which spans both capital equipment and service solutions brings a comprehensive skillset to Shoemaker, including sales strategy and business development. As our Inside Sales Commercial Specialist, Jim’s primary focus will be to execute strategy and tactics to drive growth and increased sales in the commercial GRD business line. Jim’s prior roles and career experiences will prove instrumental as Shoemaker more fully integrates with our new parent company, Rectorseal. Think of Jim as a valuable extended addition to your existing ISR team, and a new asset to target and grow incremental commercial opportunities. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and family and also enjoys camping, hiking and visiting our country’s amazing National Parks.

Brianna Cooke

Inside Sales Representative

2016-Present
Bri began her career on the Customer Service team 5 years ago. As we transition our Inside Sales team, Bri plays a key role in tracking metrics and purchasing trends, order support, and being a direct representative for house accounts. Bri came to Shoemaker with a background in construction, having helped complete remodels on rentals and building barns with her dad. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting and is looking forward to putting her new knowledge to use in her current position. Bri enjoys doing data entry and loves the challenge of being fast, efficient, and accurate. While not at Shoemaker, Bri enjoys riding horses, reading, and kayaking. During the winter, she can be found in her dad’s early Bronco 4-wheeling in the snow. She also enjoys fishing and camping with family and friends.

Charmaine Renfro

Order Management Specialist

Charmaine comes to Shoemaker with over 30 years of financial industry and customer service experience. Her formal education is in accounting which has helped her to build strong analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail in her work. Outside of work, Charmaine enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and grandchildren. Together they enjoy RV'ing, camping, road trips and hiking. Charmaine also enjoys sewing, crocheting, and reading. Time relaxing is time well spent.

Brianna Corlis

HR Coordinator

2022-Present
Brianna is the hands-on representative of the Human Resources department at Shoemaker. She helps to facilitate all basic HR functions for both current employees and new hires, which includes benefits, recruiting, performance management, and many other functions pertaining to employment. In previous employment, she supported multiple departments, including AR/AP reconciliations, onboarded and facilitated required trainings for employees, served as a safety representative and provided administrative support to every level within the organization. Brianna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in HR Management and Marketing from Central Washington University. In her free time, Brianna likes to spend time with her friends and family or curled up with her dogs and a good book.
